The MEDECO Group performs out-patient and in-patient services through clinics, day clinics, practice clinics, operating centres, consultation and treatment centres in cooperation with the medical and dental associations working at the relevant locations. Here one differentiates between MEDECO's own centres and those service centres based on a partnership (“Medeco Center”).

The MEDECO Group's first medical service centre was founded in Bonn over 20 years ago. Presently, MEDECO Group employs about 500 people of which over 100 are doctors and dentists. The Group is an economically autonomous company under company law.  The service centres are structured on the basis of a partnership and are managed by partners in medical and dental field.
