As a junior partner, you are an independently registered colleague in private practice within the MEDECO Group with or without a partial equity stake. You have concluded your preparation period as a medical assistant and have at least two years of professional experience. We expect the will to qualify and specialise in a further specialist field in addition to your professional basic knowledge. You have an above-average will to be successful and you are willing to assume further duties within the MEDECO Group. You gain professional, economic as well as knowlege of the law concerning medical and dental panel doctors which enables you to successfully manage your own practice in the free market. Of course you can work in one of our treatment centres on a long-term basis or, at an appropriate time, assume the responsibility and economic opportunities of a full partnership.

As a junior partner without an equity stake, you will achieve profits in the MEDECO Group which correspond to those of a doctor/dentist with his own practice in the free market.
